Texturize Yourself

Kate at Chronicles of a Country Girl is a master at using textures to create photographic symphonies. What's this, you ask? I'm not sure - photographic symphony just sounded cool.

Anyway, Kate really is a master at both photography and transforming photos into unique masterpieces using various Photoshop techniques. I've tried following her direction with little success. I think it has something to do with left brain/right brain. Anyway, it simply does not compute for me.

I am the proud owner of one of Kate's mosaics entitled A Whiter Shade of Pale. Now you too can own one of Kate's photo treasures FREE by leaving a comment on her blog. But you better act fast - the giveaway ends at 6PM Thursday February 26. Click here for a quick link to Kate's giveaway post. Please return the favor by telling Kate I sent you. Good luck!

Thanks, Debra.
But there is no master here. Only me. And believe me, I am no master. Thanks anyway for the VOC.

I must made that up. It's Vote Of Confidence. Ha!

You're being modest, Kate. You ARE a master. When are you coming over to help me???? I could use a VOC ;)

Which one is your favorite? I love those goldfinches!

A favorite? Do I really have to choose? Okay, okay...

Daisy in Texture. Or Queen Anne's Lace. Or perhaps Vestry Windows. Argggghhh! I want all of them!

I'm with Debra, I like them all. But I had to pick Lighthouse number 3. It takes me to the beach. My favorite place on earth.

Debra, thanks for the link and hook up to win one of Kate's fabulous photos. I like the crabapple and then the lighthouse right next to it. Would love to learn how to do this too.
