DWTS: Season 7

Tonight marks the start of another season of Dancing With The Stars. Woo hoo! I cheered for 82 year old Cloris Leachman (she was actually quite elegant dancing the waltz) and was disappointed by soap star Susan Lucci (a/k/a Erica Kane of All My Children), this season's cougar. My favorite of this season's cast of celebrities is Brooke Burke - a host, actress, entrepreneur and celebrity mom, Brooke Burke has truly done it all. She has graced numerous magazine covers, has her own top-selling swimsuit calendars, and is regularly ranked in men's magazines as one of the sexiest women in the world. She is the mother of four and the most "normal" of all the celebrities.

Doesn't she look great at 82 years old? I should be so lucky...

I never tire of the lively banter between judges Bruno and Len, and the say-it-like-it-is CarryAnne. But it's the celebrities I love to watch. I haven't missed a season yet. Do you watch DWTS? Who was your favorite in tonight's premier? What television shows can't you live without?

Tom and I are hooked on HEROS which premiered season 3 last night with a 2-hr episode. It was GOOD! That show has me hooked! I do like to catch DQWTS occassionally as well. I am very much looking forward to Thursdays with Earl, The Office, and Grey's!!! Bring on the good ol' fall TV programs!

I missed it all last season because of Heroes. Last night I was too tired to keep up with it and had to pack it in. Plus, I have to catch up on Season 2...hopefully before next week.

I seem to fall asleep before all the good shows come on...how sad is that?

Okay - the guy with the eye patch is going home - I hope!

I was glued to DWTS last night. Hubby was not a happy camper but hey, I mowed the entire yard so I deserved it.

I love Cloris! But, I think you're right, Brooke Burke is looking pretty good as a possible winner for this season.

I am a "Heroes" junkie but recorded DWTS and watched it later. Cloris Leachman is amazing at 82. I hope she stays for a while to keep it entertaining. My favorite dance was Lacy from So You Think You Can Dance. Brooke Burke is unbelievable...four children and a perfect body. Where's the stretch marks?I'm just glad to see some decent TV on. It's been a boring few months!

Debra, I'm from GA as well and I'm loving your photography. I'm trying to learn the art of taking better pictures because I'm an avid gardener and I see all kinds of critters outside. Right now I'm trying to figure out how to put the dates on the pictures when I take them so I can enter a challenge. I don't see that option in the menu. I don't have a fancy camera like yours but it's good enough to learn.

Sorry for babbling.

Welcome gailnga, Johnny's Mommy and return visitor starwoodgal :)

I'm sadly out of touch -- I haven't heard of Heroes. I'm going to check it out since it seems to be so popular. If it comes on too late I'll have to TiVo it. Like Johnny's Mommy, I can't stay up much past 10pm. And yes, the guy with the eyepatch MUST go! I hope Cloris hangs in there for a while. She is soooo funny!

To Gailnga: adding the date to your photos is a menu option and almost every camera has this feature. If you still have your camera's manual you can look there for directions. If you don't have the manual and can't locate this feature by scrolling through your camera's menu, search the web for directions on your particular camera model. However, if your photos are digital, you can right-click on the mage, select Properties and view the date the photo was taken. Thanks for the compliments. I hope you'll share some of your photography with me. Do you have a blog?

Thanks all for visiting :)
