You've Been Mooned
There are moments when having my camera close at hand produces a unique photo op. I was backing out of the garage at 7:30 this morning when I noticed the beautiful moon fading into early daylight. I quickly placed the car in park, grabbed my camera from the passenger seat and clicked two photos. I am often humbled by the beauty of nature. But the sight of a bright autumn moon leaves me... moonstruck.

Clever title! I, too, noticed the moon yesterday morning, however, I did not have my camera sitting next to me in the car. :( Thanks for sharing, Debra.

I was looking at the same Moon at the same time 600 miles away in Pittsburgh on my way to a downtown meeting and pulled out my Blackberry to snap a photo....and then realized what a joke that would have been. Glad you captured the moment, professionally.
That moon was glorious last night.
I know! I woke up this morning to so much light from "that moon" that I thought it was daylight coming in the window. It was beautiful!
what a great shot! why is it that when i try to take a picture of the moon that i get a tiny little blob of light? i guess i should read my camera book, right? :)

On Wed. Oct 22nd I am going in for surgery. I will be in the hospital for 3 to 4 days and then I will have about an 8 week recovery and no lifting for 12 weeks.
When you email me I will write you back and explain more and I will also add you to my list of readers for my blog. I've had too many weird nosey readers and it's time to go private again.

Nice picture Debra. Meghan commented on the moon yesterday as well. Glad you captured it so well. That's funny about Doughboy getting a shot too.
