16 Days

Almost a week has passed since Ava was released from the hospital. Being home agrees with her - she is eating like a champ and some of her baby softness has returned.

It's hard to remember that Ava shouldn't even be born yet. It's understandable that most of her day is spent sleeping. The most important part is spent eating Mommy's rich nourishing milk, and an even smaller amount is actually spent awake.

I may be a tiny bit prejudiced... but, isn't she beautiful?
